Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are broken, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing images or videos as proof to process your request quickly.
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized showpieces.
- Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless damaged).
- Products not reported within the specified return window.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
