We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your decorative showpiece, please review the policy below.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that are broken, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing images or videos as proof to process your request quickly.
  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized showpieces.
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless damaged).
  • Products not reported within the specified return window.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
